I have spent many hours developing the story of “The Man.”  The story originated out of a short 200 word essay I wrote about a man I saw for roughly 45 seconds outside of my bank.  I have written three parts:

Part 1: The Boy and the Rest of his Life

Part 2: The Old Man and the Cigarette

Part 3: The Young Man and the Funeral

I am looking for five stories to bridge certain gaps in The Man’s life.  Those gaps can be at any point you choose as long as they stay with the confines of the story that I have already created. This is going to be a great exercise in author collaboration.  A story that has been written from many different minds with the goal of telling one truly epic story of the life of a single man.  The details are as follows:

1. READ AND KNOW ORIGINAL WORKS.
2. The story must remain in a realistic setting. NO FANTASY WORLDS.
3. Only places have names. NO PEOPLE NAMES
4. Entries must be between 750 – 1500 words.  NO MORE. NO LESS.
5. Above all.  Have fun!
