Saturday. I’m not sure I could ever really complain about a Saturday. My day starts early today, 8am to be exact, but its a great time for me to get my work done quickly and then complete any little side projects I have going on at the moment.  I also use the time to catch up on emails or update my project manager.  By the way, if you are looking for a good project manager and you are a Mac user, DayLite is for you.  I have nothing bu, but great things to say about it.  It integrates with contacts and email.  It also makes the usage of smartlists very easy as well.  Here are my thoughts from the day.

Why is it that when you observe people/situations that you need to capture on film or camera you never have one readily available?  I could have used a camera about 3 or 4 times today.  By the way, you want to know what really grinds my gears?  I will tell you whether you want to hear or now.  When I ask someone to complete a task then when I leave they insist on doing just for the sake of not doing it.  Then afterwards tell someone else they can be lazy because they were just lazy.  The only person you are kidding is yourself.

Oh, is it really possible to like cigarettes because of the taste of cigarettes?  So am I supposed to believe that if Hershey’s put out a Joe Camel’s Chocolate Chunk tomorrow that my candy store would be sold out?  That may be the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.

Speaking of cigarettes I’m trying to get my boss to quit smoking.  That is my goal for this year.  For those who know him, join me? We’ll find all his packs and flush them and then no one will be allowed to bring in cigarettes to work.  Yes? Alright, I know I dabbled in smoking for a little while, but $8.00 a pack now? You have to be kidding.  No one in this economy can afford to be a smoker.

Not to worry, I will not continue to bore you with just writing each day of the year.  I have some extra’s I’ll be posting over the next week or so as well. Woot!

side note: it takes the same amount of pressure to bite through a carrot as it does to bite through your finger.  for all of you wondering how easy it would be to eat your own hand.
