Hatred of Meaningless Tattoos
By Ashalie Wark
Dedication through ink
Either beautiful or ugly
Kissing every needlepoint
Inhaling its memories
Tasting the salt from thy skin
Then comes the monster
The loaded up “man”
Skin like an oil spill
Someone who doesn’t know himself
Instead forfeits his beauty, to be “famous”
“Outstanding”
My eyes weep for you boy
My heart hurts because of you boy
You’re tearing me apart boy
I used to think [...]
This is me, to put it simply. I like many different subject matters. Many of which overlap each other. I enjoy what I do every single day and thought it was only fair to bring everyone else a piece of that.
You were curious enough to click a link to find out what tomshaggy.com was and here you are. Tomshaggy.com is a digital recreation of what it is like to be me. I can't tell everyone my stories or show every single person what I'm interested in right now, so I post it here.
Content ranges from stories I have to tell, items that occupy my mind throughout the day and even a look into my daily activities. Read, enjoy, comment, respond, ask questions. All acceptable.
Hope to hear from you all soon.

I used to think you were better than that..
Than to just give in to the “crowd”
You make me vomit
My insides knurling like a tidal wave
I don’t like who you are anymore
Puncter my heart some more
Why I took wing……….
Maybe someday… You’ll see.
That your oil spill is as meaningless as the crowd.
Maybe then you’ll find me when the lights have spat you out.
This was not written by me, Tom Shaggy, but rather one of my facebook friends. Ashalie pretty much hit the nail on the head with this piece and all credit goes to her on this one.
